Why don’t my cash indices show up?

Cash indices can often times lead to some frustration with Ninjatrader. They require specific configurations based on your data provider. Since TDAM is a common data feed for cash indices in Adaptive Analytics, we thought we would share a quick set up video to help you add an index like SOX or NYFANG.
